Delivery times
Except in the case of force majeure or unforeseen and unsurmountable circumstances of a third party to the contract, delivery times are those stated on the delivery webpage.
These delivery periods apply from the order confirmation date. They are communicated to the Customer before any order validation and payment. It is for the Customer to choose the country of delivery and the delivery mode when requested to choose.
Reception of the shipment
Innovethik Fashion takes every precaution so that your products arrive in perfect condition. Upon delivery, the Customer is required to check the condition of the packaging and that the product delivered is the right one and, where applicable, to write down any reservations on the transporter’s delivery note.
Delivery zone and charges
The delivery zones by Innovethik Fashion are stated on the delivery webpage with the relevant prices.
To exercise this right to withdraw, simply return the right to withdraw form to Innovethik Fashion. This is downloadable on the website in the customer account section "follow recent orders".
The Customer can also express their desire to withdraw on a piece of paper, clearly stating so, announcing the desire and right to withdraw.
The withdrawal form is to be placed in the return package. It can also be sent to Innovethik Fashion customer service department.
Procedure
InnovethiK Fashion shall refund the Customer within 14 (fourteen) days from the date that Innovethik Fashion was made aware of the desire to withdraw. However, InnovethiK Fashion reserves the right to postpone the refund until InnovethiK Fashion has received the article(s) affected by the withdrawal. The Customer commits to doing nothing whatsoever that may depreciate the product(s) ordered, namely from any handling other than that necessary for establishing the nature, characteristics and correct functioning of the product(s).
The Customer is liable for the return cost In accordance with the law, the right to withdraw cannot be exercised for contracts that offer services used before the end of the withdrawal period and whose execution began after express agreement of the consumer giving up their right to withdraw. Exercising the right to withdraw for orders relating to a loyalty card, unless the associated services have not been used, will lead to the cancellation of all the accumulated loyalty points and any other loyalty advantages.
The right to withdraw cannot be exercised for contracts concerning the supply of goods that have been unsealed by the Customer after delivery and cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or protection of health, such as underwear, swimwear, earrings...
As a goodwill gesture, InnovethiK Fashion offers to the Customer, at the end of the legal right for withdrawal, an extra 16 (sixteen) days to return the products ordered on the website. In this case, the returned products must be unworn, in their original packaging and, for postal returns, with the return form duly filled in (or if it is impossible to print it, the order number, references and reasons for return written on a piece of paper). The return form is available in your customer account.

Returns costs will be paid by the Customer (unless it is due to our error). The original delivery charges will not be refunded.
In the case of a return, an email shall be sent to the Customer to inform them of the refund credited to the bank account of the credit card or Paypal that was used to pay for the order, according to the payment mode selected upon ordering.
The receipt provided by the post office is to be kept and shall be provided in case of a claim.
Exchange on the website:
For every order and as a sign of customer goodwill, the Customer benefits from 15 (fifteen) days from order confirmation with free delivery valid for their next order with the code ECHANGE (the delivery mode being equivalent to the one chosen for the initial order). Thus, upon reception of their package, if the Customer decides to exchange an article, they can place a new order immediately, without waiting for the processing of their return and refund.
