The present general sales conditions exist to define the conditions of online sale between Innovethik Fashion and the Customer, from the order through to payment and delivery. The price
Prices are stated in Euros (€) inclusive of all taxes including the VAT, but excluding delivery charges that are to be paid by the Customer unless specific conditions apply to the delivery charges. Promod reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products are invoiced according to the applicable price at the time of placing the order.

Should an order be partially canceled, then it shall be dispatched to the customer, without surcharge, and the Customer shall be reimbursed of the cost of the canceled products in a timely manner, the cost being deducted from the initial sum paid. Should an order be totally cancelled, the total amount of the order will not be debited at all or shall be fully refunded into the bank account used for the payment.
