To ensure secure payment, the website https://innovethikfashion.com/ uses the secure payment service Using Visa/Mastercard/Paypal. This service includes the security norm Secure Socket Layer (SSL). The confidential data (the credit card number with 16 digits, the expiry date as well as the cryptogram) are directly transmitted with encryption on the server SIPS without passing through the Innovethik Fashion physical server.
Payment shall be made by credit card. Cards accepted are Carte Bleue, Visa, Mastercard or American Express.
The account is debited 5 to 6 days after the bank transaction is registered.
In the case of a product stock outage, the amount(s) of the cancelled article(s) shall be deducted from the total amount debited or recredited into the relevant account of the Customer within 3 working days after the debit of the amount including the cancelled article(s).
A request for payment is routed in real time on the secure telepayment management system of Paypal. This makes a request for authorisation on the credit card network. The telepayment management system creates an electronic certificate. The non-transmission of data relating to the order prevents any analysis of the transaction.
Information about the order is the subject of automatic data processing that Paypal is responsible for. This automatic data processing is to define a level of analysis of a transaction and to combat any fraudulent use of your credit card.
Your bank may request that you go through another stage to validate the transaction. You will be requested to validate your payment via your bank application or via a secure code on your telephone. Upon validation from your bank, Innovethik will validate your order.
Paypal and Innovethik Fashion receive data relating to your order. Following the EU law 2016/679, the Customer, at any time, has right of access to data, right to modify, right to delete (right to forget), right to oppose, right to limit data processing and right to data portability of all their personal data, by stating so in writing and with proof of identity, Paypal
In the case of suspected fraud, Innovethik Fashion shall be free to check the personal data provided by the Customer and adopt any measures deemed necessary (request for proof or cancellation of the order) so that the person whose bank account is debited is indeed the one who placed the order and thus avoid any fraudulent use of credit card numbers.
